HeartDogs - A Better Life is Possible

India has millions of street dogs without homes, women in rural communities looking for meaningful work, and people with disabilities without the support they need.

What if, together, they could make a better life possible?

HeartDogs began with that simple question. Today, women in rural India raise and train rescued Indie dogs as assistance and therapy dogs - for people with disabilities and the institutions that support them.

The people building HeartDogs every day.

A small, committed team across training, communities, partnerships, and legal - working to prove that the most overlooked lives can change the most lives.

Some people believed before we had proof. Or paperwork.

These are the people who opened their purse, shared their network, or gave their expertise - when HeartDogs was still just an idea. They said yes first. HeartDogs exists because of that.
